Description: Contractor to provide mobile lithotripsy equipment and related technical personnel and support to and at the VA Medical Center, 1100 North College Avenue, Fayetteville, Arkansas, in accordance with a regularly scheduled day per month to be mutually agreed upon between the parties. The equipment must be prepared to perform the first procedure of the day at 8:00am and continue to perform procedures until the VAMC's schedule for the day is completed.
