Description

General Services Administration is seeking qualified contractors to install a Freon detection system to existing R-22 chillers in Buildings 45 and 710, Denver Federal Center, Lakewood, Jefferson County, Colorado. The project value is estimated between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The period of performance is ninety (90) calendar days. The solicitation will be posted on or about March 27, 2007 and is anticipated to close on or about April 26, 2007. A pre-proposal conference, to include a site visit, is anticipated on or about April 10, 2007. It is anticipated award will be made to the offeror submitting the best value. Award will be made to the offeror submitting the lowest price of the quotations having the highest past performance rating. This procurement is set-aside 100% for responsible HUBZone Contractors. Award is expected to be made on or about May 15, 2007. It is the offeror?s responsibility to monitor Feb Biz Opps at http://www.fedbizopps.gov for the issuance of any amendments. The subject solicitation includes design drawings. For reasons of security drawings will be posted to FedTeDS (https://www.fedteds.gov).
