- This is a Sources Sought for the VA Medical Center located in Dayton, Ohio who is interested in identifying sources to provide Lithotripsy services to the veterans that qualify as beneficiaries. The NAICS code for this procurement is 621999. The requirements are estimated to be three to five patients per month at the VA scheduled clinics which are scheduled the last Thursday of each month. The Contractor must provide serviceable ESWL equipment and staff for procedures. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (29-MAR-2007).
