Description: This notice is to provide an update to the status of the acquistion package. As of 12 Jun 2007, the package still has not been signed off at the OC-ALC level due to delays caused by changeover in the command section, TDYs, etc. Nothing has changed in the plan being reviewed, nor do we expect it to. It is hoped the package will be forwarded to the Pentagon no later than Jun 19, 2007. This will make an RFP issuance by Jun 25, 2007 highly unlikely. No estimated date of RFP issuance is available at this time. Updates will be posted as they become available. No significant delays or revisions are expected, it's just the routine process of having a package of this magnitude approved.
