Description
Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region, intends to negotiate a sole brand contract for Treetech Transformer Temperature Monitors. The solicitation is set aside 100% for Small Business Concerns. The contract is to supply the following: 5 ea Transformer Temperature Monitor. Treetech TM1/TM1. One Hot-Spot CT Input, One Top Oil Temperature RTD Input, One Ambient Temperature RTD Input. Options: DNP 3.0 Protocol, Pre-Cooling, Fan Exerciser. 5 ea Transformer Temperature Monitor. Treetech TM1/TM2. Three Hot-Spot CT Inputs, One Top Oil Temperature RTD Input, One Ambient Temperature RTD Input. Options: DNP 3.0 Protocol, Pre-Cooling, Fan Exerciser. The Request for Quotes will be issued electronically on or about June 13, 2006. Quotes may be faxed, mailed, e-mailed, or submitted electronically. Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database (www.ccr.gov) to be eligible to receive an award from any Federal agency. By submission of a quote, the quoter acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the CCR database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Prospective contractors must complete the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) electronically at http://orca.bpn.gov in conjunction with its required registration in CCR, and must update its reps and certs annually in ORCA. Prospective contractors must ensure their CCR registration includes the NAICS Code 334515 and that the Contractor meets the size standard requirement of 500 Employees in order to submit a quote in response to this solicitation. If not, the contractor must update its CCR registration to include the specified NAICS code prior to submitting its quote. Quotes are due by 4:00 PM Mountain Time on Friday, June 22, 2007.
