Description

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. Subject to final approval, The Bureau of the Public Debt, Administrative Resource Center, Division of Procurement, intends to acquire on a sole-source basis, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, through iET Solutions LLC, 959 Concord Street, Farmingham, MA 01701, USA, the Upgrade for the Maintenance/Support of the iET Software currently installed. This software and upgrade is proprietary to iET Solutions and must be upgraded and maintained and supported by them. No solicitation document is available. Public Debt will consider all affirmative responses received no later then June 13, 2007, by 2:00 PM ET. Affirmative responses shall be accompanied by sufficient documentation to clearly show the ability to provide the upgrades, maintenance/support at terms more advantageous to the government. A request for documentation will not be considered as an affirmative response. If a written response to this notice has not been received by date and time listed above, a sole sourced award will be made. All inquiries and concerns must be addressed in writing to: Bureau of the Public Debt, Division of Procurement, PSB1, 200 Third Street A5F, Parkersburg, WV 26101. Telephonic inquiries will not be accepted.
