Description: The US Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for the purchase of subscriptions entitled GeoRef and Water Resources Abstracts. These subscriptions are known to be available only from ProQuest Cambridge Scientific Abstracts (ProQuest CSA). The USGS intends to make an award to ProQuest CSA unless it is contacted by any vendor who believes they can provide the same subscription service.
