- Description
- This project includes replacing a cooling tower at the Schwartz FB & USCH, 880 Front Street, San Diego, CA. This is a re-issue of cancelled solicitation GS-09P-06-KSC-3072, with deletion of the options for additional tower replacements, and some lesser design changes. The performance period will be approximately 6 months. This acquisition is an unrestricted procurement pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (FAR 19.10), for NAICS 238220. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. A solicitation will be posted to this site in the near future. Specifications and drawings will be provided in electronic format on request. A document security agreement must be executted and submitted prior to being given a copy of specifications and drawings. This agreement is being posted. A pre-proposal meeting/site visit will be held at 11:00 AM PDST, Friday, March 30, 2007, at the Federal Building, 880 Front Street, San Diego, CA. Go to the GSA Property Manager's office, suite 4236. On site contact is Wayne Hughes, 619-557-6136. Attendance is not required but strongly recommended. Additional opportunities to visit the site will be strictly limited. Proposals (as desceibed in the solicitation) are due 12 Noon PDST on April 27, 2007.
