Description: Strategic Systems Programs intends to issue a contract to Northrop Grumman Marine Systems (NGMS), Sunnyvale, CA to provide Trident MOD 6/7 Conversion of Kings Bay and Bangor Trident Training Facilities. Negotiations will be conducted with NGMS, as they are the only known source qualified to provide the services proposed. NGMS has been the sole source for design, development, and procurement of FBM Launcher Training Subsystem for over 41 years. See note 22.
