- 1. Requirements Section - 3.7.4 (Page 5 of 56) is to now read as follows: Blast protection. The modular armor kit shall provide crew protection from blast, fragments and injurious acceleration, both vertical and horizontal, as a result of the explosion of a small anti-personnel mine (PMD-57) at zero (0) meters (desired). For additional information on blast protection, the contractor with confirmed appropriate security clearance may submit a request to the Technical point of contact of this scope of work. 2.
