Description
The Department of Agriculture, Forest Service, Region 8 intends to acquire the following commercial herbicides labeled for forestry use: glyphosate, Velpar L, imazapyr, triclopyr amine, and tryclopyr ester. The government anticipates awarding an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract on or about August 30, 2007 with a base period of 12 months from October 1, 2007 with two one-year options for total of three years, if all options are exercised. Multiple awards may result. The guaranteed minimum is $2,500. Emailed or faxed copies of proposal package will not be accepted. Solicitation AG-43ZP-S-07-0015 package is available for download from website http://www.fbo.gov. Response by submittal of one (1) original and one (1) copy of proposal package to: USDA Forest Service, Southern Region, Procurement and Property, 1720 Peachtree Road, NW, Suite 876S, Atlanta, GA 30309, Attn: Joy Fryer-Scott or Vienne Rice. A complete package must be received no later than the closing date of July 23, 2007, 1:00 PM EST. Please indicate the solicitation number on the outside of your package. Any incomplete responses or responses received after the closing will not be accepted. Questions pertaining to the solicitation may be submitted via email, mail or facsimile, please include the solicitation number on all correspondences. Phone calls will not be accepted. All questions must be received by June 20, 2007. A consolidated question and answer (Q&A) will be posted on website http://www.fbo.gov on or around June 25, 2007. These Annual Representations and Certifications are submitted via the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA), a part of the Business Process Network (BPN). To register in ORCA, you need to have an active Central Contractor Registration (CCR) record, a Marketing Partner Identification Number (MPIN and your CCR records, and know your DUNS number.
