- NAICS Code: 541990 Sole Source Justification - The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency intends to award a sole source purchase order to the The LifeLine group for a pilot project to collaborate with the Office of Pollution Prevention and Toxic Substances (OPPTS) Division on the usage of the LifeLine Tribal Aggregate and Cumulative Exposure/Risk Assessment Software Version A.1 and Version B.1. The software is a copyright of the LifeLine Group. The pilot project is intended to train the EPA Regions and other regulatory agencies on the software and it's usage in performing risk assessments of tribal communities and other uniquely focused populations. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
