- Description
- It is the intent of this agency to negotiate a sole source contract under FAR Part 13.302 a simplified, firm fixed price purchase order. The sole source will be under statutory authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1), set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This agency intends to negotiate with Honeywell Inc, 11128 John Galt Blvd, Omaha NE, 68137-2374 Statement of Work: The contractor shall provide all personnel, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to service and maintain the Energy Management and Control Systems (EMCS) at Offutt AFB, Nebraska including the Honeywell Excel Building Supervision system which is an integral part of the EMCS system. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This special notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals received by the closing date and time will be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any vendors who believe they can provide these supplies/services and meet all requirements should email or fax their company?s capability information to the attention of TSgt Michael Galbraith by 1500 CST, 14 June, 2007.
