Description
This Request for Information (RFI) represents a Sources Sought Market Survey Notice to help determine identify sources with the capabilities to perform various general construction projects for VA Medical Centers Long Beach, Loma Linda, Greater Los Angeles, and San Diego, California. This notice does not constitute nor restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach; however, the information gathered will contribute to the decision as to how we approach this acquisition. This Market Survey is being conducted so that we may determine the number of Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses interested in construction solicitations at VA Healthcare Facilities in Southern California. Related solicitation(s) may be issued in accordance with FAR Part 36. NAICS code 236220 applies. At this time, however, there is no solicitation to be issued. Project Costs will generally range between $100,000 and $5 million. Specific Cost Range Categories are as follows: $100K - $250K $250K - $500K $500K - $1 M $1 M - $2 M $2 M - $5 M $5 M and Above Interested firms having the skills and capabilities necessary to perform the stated requirements are invited to provide information to contribute to this market survey/sources sought. Responses from potential sources must include the following information and are limited to 10 pages or less: 1. General Information of the company name, address, phone number, fax number, e-mail address(s), & company web site. 2. Number of projects your company can handle concurrently within a given cost range category. 3. Previous experience in hospital construction. 4. Previous experience in VA hospital construction. 5. Performance and Payment Bonding Capacity - Single project and aggregate Replies or questions to this market research survey should be in writing, sent to Craig Mach at (562)826-8063 or emailed to Craig.Mach@va.gov. No telephone request will be honored. Closing date for all replies to this market research survey must be received not later than close of business June 29, 2007.
