- Lease Space to the U.S. FEDERAL GOVERNMENT In York, Pennsylvania COMPETING AN EXISTING LOCATION Requirement: The Federal Government?s current lease in York, Pennsylvania is expiring. The Federal Government is interested in leasing approximately 11,500 rentable square feet of warehouse and related space. Rentable space shall yield a minimum 9,715 ANSI BOMA Office Area square feet available for use by the federal tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. The Government is interested in considering an alternative space solution if deemed economically advantageous. The Government will consider the following list of factors when making the determination to relocate: the cost of moving, cost of alterations, and other financial impacts to the Government. Delineated Area: North: from Route 74 at Loucks Rd. east to Roosevelt Boulevard, then north to Vogelsong Road, then east to Pennsylvania Avenue, then south to Route 30. East: from Route 30 to Pleasant Acres Road, south to Route 462 (Lincoln Highway), then west to Route 24 (Edgewood Road), then south to Route 124 (Mt. Rose Avenue), then west to I-83, then south to Route 74 (Market Street) South: from Route 74 (Queen Street) at ? mile beyond I-83 north to Princess Street, then west to Pershing Avenue north to Route 74 (Market Street). West: from Route 74 (Market Street) at Pershing Avenue west to Route 74 (Carlisle Avenue) north to Loucks Road Location: York, Pennsylvania Lease Term/Occupancy: Five years with termination rights in whole or in part throughout the term.
