- Description
- The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), United States Coast Guard (USCG), Telecommunication and Information Systems Command (TISCOM) is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, offer(s) being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates all provisions and clauses through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-09. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code is 423690 with size 100 employees. It is contemplated that award shall be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This requirement is for 1) UPS Qty: 1 each with the following specifications: Must provide load power isolation (true on-line, double conversion UPS) Capacity: 100 KVa Input Power 208 Vac (+10% --20%), 3-phase, 60 Hz, 4-wire + gnd Input Output Power 120/208 Vac 3 Phase, 60 Hz (+/- 0.01%), 4 wire 120/208 Vac, 3 Phase, 60 Hz, 4 wire bypass Static Bypass Switch Operating Temp: 0-140 F (Space where unit will be housed has no mechanical cooling and limited natural air flow.) Relative Humidity: 0-95% PF: >0.99 THD: < 3.0% Voltage Regulation: < 1% Ripple Voltage: < 0.5% DC Current limited to 115% Maximum Must provide minimum 10 minutes Battery BackUp at full load. Must meet all applicable performance, safety, quality & environmental standards (UL 1778, NEC, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ANSI C62.41 (IEEE 587, lightning surge protection). Footprint of UPS/battery cabinet should not exceed 36" deep (including air clearance) x 60" wide. Require on site initial installation/start-up support.
