Description

Concrete delivered to jobsite, as per the following specifications: Follow ASTM C-94 and C-33 with the following: ASTM No. 57 or 67 coarse aggregate gradation entrained air 5% (+ - 1) % HWRWA (superplasitizer) not to exceed 8 inch slump use a non-chloride accelerator 4000 psi @ 28 days w/c+p ratio not to exceed .45 Concrete quantity is an estimate from 250 cubic yards up to 500 cubic yards, priced per delivered cubic yard. Delivery requires rapid succession of trucks to off load concrete into a pump truck at site over a period of two separate days/pours. Dates to be determined by Government POC. Deliver site is located 1.25 miles North on Rt. 147 (North Shore Parkway) Boulder City, Nevada 89005 Delivery arrangements will be made by Rick Sweat, Government POC and deliveries are anticipated to be the last week in June 2007. This is a simplified commercial item acquisition and will be awarded IAW FAR parts 12 and 13. The NAICS Code is 327320. And the small business size standard is 500 employees.
