SPRINGFIELD, IL 62701 - Replace HVAC System and Remove and Replace 2nd Floor Ductwork - Solicitation Number I6530070372. NOTICE TO POTENTIAL BIDDERS: This project is 100% set-aside for qualified small business contractors. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220 and the Small Business Size Standard is $13 million (average annual gross revenue for the last three (3) years). MAGNITUDE OF PROJECT: Between $25,000 and $100,000. This project consists of providing all labor, qualified supervision, equipment, materials, supplies, tools, transportation, and if necessary, lodging, to remove and replace two existing Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems and remove and replace the second floor ductwork at a location within the Lincoln Home National Historic Site known as the Robinson House (HS-10), 520 S. 8th Street, Springfield, IL. TYPE OF CONTRACT: A firm-fixed price contract that requires a lump sum bid. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Work shall commence within ten (10) calendar days of contract award date and be completed within forty-five (45) days from start date. PUBLICIZING AND RESPONSE TIME: The solicitation package will be issued on or about June 15, 2007 with a response date on or about July 16, 2007. The solicitation package may be obtained via the internet by accessing the National Business Opportunities web site at http://ideasec.nbc.gov THIS ELECTRONIC POSTING REPRESENTS THE ONLY FORMAL OFFERING.
