- The Kootenai National Forest, Libby Ranger District, is soliciting quotations for upgrades at two developed recreation sites: McGregor and Timberlane. Some of the improvements include reinstalling or replacing government-furnished picnic tables, fire rings or grills, tent pads, and signs. Some individual camping spurs will be constructed, and large boulders will be placed as needed to control traffic. Sites will be close or partially closed during construction. Price range is between $25,000 and $100,000.
