Description

Amendment 0002 The purpose of this amendment is to answer two additional questions. The proposal due date remains 08 June 2007. No other questions will be answered. Question 1: Is it acceptable for the prime contractor to not have host nation NOS certification while its subcontractor that will be doing the in-country work is NOS certified? Answer 1: No, it is not acceptable. The prime and all subs are required to have the NOS certification. Question 2: What does it take to get a host nation NOS certification with regards to requirements and the time it takes to be certified? Answer 2: All contractors should contact the host nation with regards to all information related to the NOS certification. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
