- The Dugway Proving Ground, Directorate of Contracting is contemplating a sole source procurement with, Laboratory Synergy, LLC, 374 Pulaski Highway, Goshen NY 10924-7030. Pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), and Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, supplies, services, and/or equipment required are available from one responsible source and no other type of supplies, services, and/or equipment will satisfy agency requirements. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, all responsible sou rces may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Supporting evidence must be furnished to demonstrate the ability to comply with the Government's requirements. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with sole source negotiations Laboratory Synergy, LLC. This combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items and services: CLIN 0001-Planetary Ball Mill, P5, Part Number 05.5000.00, with 4 Grinding Bowl Fasteners, Incl, Safe Lock Clamping System ( 1 EA); CLIN 0002-Grinding Bowl, Agate, 500 ML Volume, Part # 50.1050.00, for Planetary Ball Mill P5 (2 each); CLIN 0003-Grinding Bowl, Agate, 80 ML Volume, Part #50.4050.00; for Planetary Ball Mill P5 (2 each), CLIN 0004, Grinding Balls, 10 MM, Agate, Poli shed, Part Number 55.0100.05, (200 Each), CLIN 0005, Grinding Balls, 5MM, Agate, Polished, (500 each). This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ W911S6-07-T-0064. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). North American Industrial Classification Standard 334519 (500 employees) applies to this procurement.
