Description

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Nonpersonal services to provide all labor; tools, parts, material, facilities, knowledge and transportation required to rent total 3 (three) forklifts for the time period of total 3 (three) months, starting upon contract award date. To include maintenance service. REQUIREMENTS: 1. Request the forklifts to have the following specifications: 1 Forklift: Capacity to lift 3000 kg Fork with length 1600 mm Lifting height 3220 mm 1 Forklift: Capacity to lift 3000 kg Fork with length 1800 mm Lifting height 4780 mm 1 Forklift: Capacity to lift 7000 kg Fork with length 1600 mm Lifting height 4000 mm 2. Driver?s cabin with full weather protection shall be included. Full service maintenance shall be provided without additional costs. 3. The forklifts to be provided under this contract shall be in good, safe and serviceable operational condition. It is the contractor?s responsibility that the forklifts comply with all safety rules and regulations promulgated by the Federal Republic of Germany. 4. All visual inspections shall be performed upon receiving of the forklifts on site as well as departing from site by both contracto and government representative. Damange shall be photographed and documented. REPAIRS: If the forklifts become inoperable and cannot be repaired within 48 hours it will be considered off-hire and payment will be suspended until repair is completed. POC: Mr. Hilmar Herrmann
