Description

The U. S. Geological Survey, Hydrological Instrumentation Facility (HIF) at the Stennis Space Center in Mississippi intends to make award on a sole source basis, to C.C. Lynch & Associates, Inc., Pass Christian, MS to purchase ISI Q2 automatic profiling reel assemblies.. The HIF Hydrologic instruments are sold and rented to district and field sites all over the nation to support their field data collection activities. The ISI equipment is needed to interface with existing sensors and cable assemblies already installed in user data collection networks. There is no written solicitiation for this requirement. This award will be made on or about June 1, 2007 under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold of $100,000.00. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 334513. THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. No additional synopsis will be published.
