Description

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. It is the intentions of Headquarters, US Army Intelligence and Security Command to combine and purchase. (1) Tent with Canopy, Qty 1 each; (2) Tables, folding, 8, Qty 40 each; (3) Chairs, folding, Qty 400 each; (4) Floor, dance, 12X15, Qty 1 each; (5) Stage, 16X20, height 24, to include 2 sets of stairs with railing, carpeting, skirting (color: Patriotic red, white a nd blue), Qty 1 lot; (6) Table clothes, kwik-cover type, plastic, Qty 40 each. There is no solicitation number. Interested parties may identify their interest by submitting quotations. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Comercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
