- Description
- The U.S. Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Waukesha Foundry, Inc., 1300 Lincoln Avenue, Waukesha, WI 53186-5389. The contractor shall provi de cast perforated armor historical slot P900, alloys 4130 and 4330. Waukesha is the only company who can cast the plates to the size needed in the required timeframe. The plates are required to properly correlate future experimental results with previous data. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 331513 and the size standard is 750. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be re ceived no later than 10:00 AM, Eastern DST, June 1st, 2007. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers.
