Description: The U.S. Department of Labor?s (DOL) Procurement Review Board (PRB) has provided sole-source approval to the Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA) for the purpose of modifying the current Blanket Purchase Agreement with Blue Mountain Data Systems, Inc., 366 Victory Drive, Herndon, VA 20170, to meet the Department?s statutory requirements under the newly enacted Pension Protection Act (PPA), while the Office of Procurement Services (OPS) competitively solicits and awards a follow-on contract to process Form 5500 Series Annual Returns/Reports (new system designation EFAST2).
