Item 2840-00-868-9156, 0015278461, Support, Seal, Engine, P/N 278D452P6 is a configuration control, critical application item , sole source to General Electric Company (CAGE 99207). Unrestricted. ABVS applies. FOB Origin. Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Total Quantity: 14 each; all 14 pieces are to be delivered to Tracy, CA with a delivery of 263 DARO or best possible delivery. Solicitation issue date is May 31, 2007 with a closing date of Jun 14, 2007. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition.
