- NSN 4330-01-511-8209, Filter Element, Fluid. I/A/W Velcon Filters, Inc. (13573) part number I-420MM and Facet USA, Inc. (87405) part number CM420-5. Quantity of 6550 each to be delivered to New Cumberland, PA in 60 days after date of award. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See note 26. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of 13 Jun 07. The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sources are Velcon Filters, Inc. (13573) and Facet USA, Inc. (87405). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offeres, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
