Description

Amendment 0001: a. The purpose of this amendment is to include an additional paragraph on prospective vendors possible questions on the solicitation. b. The following subparagraph c. is added to paragraph 1. of the Instructions for Written Submittals (page 19 of the combined synopsis/solicitation): c. All questions on solicitation will be submitted by email to Jim Hayes, Contract Specialist, at jim.hayes5@eur.army.mil. The applicable PWS paragraph number or solicitation reference shall precede questions. The Government requests that you submit questions as soon as possible (no later than 10 days prior to solicitation closing date) to allow the Government sufficient time to respond prior to the closing date. The Contracting Officer may limit the number of questions answered. Answers to question s will be posted to the WCC website at http://www.usacce.army.mil/wcc/ (Vendor Center, Bid Board, under solicitation number) and notification of posting will be made on FedBizOpps. Offerors are responsible to watch the WCC web site for postings of amendme nts, answers to questions, and other instructions/information, if any.
