Description
i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposa ls are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number: W9114F-07-T-0104 issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Fede ral Acquisition Circular 2005-07. (iv) Not a set-aside. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 423450 (v) The Europe Regional Contracting Office has a requirement to purchase the following items: Descriptio n of requirements for the items to be acquired: CLIN 0001 Diagnostic Twin Monitors/Displays Quantity: 6 Sets. (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: Diagnostic Monitors/Displays replacement, Dual b/w E3 20.8inches 3MP, LCD Two Planar (Dome) E3 20.8inches (53cm) high resolution LCD flat panel displays (1536x2048 pixels, 800 cd/m2 luminance) in portrait format for images and text (Incl. DX2/PCI graphics controller), Automatic intervention free and life time DICOM calibration. Set of Two Planar (Dome) E3 LCD Flat Panel displays incl. DX2/PCI graphics controller including CXtra calibration and maintenance software. CXtra automatically calibrates the panel in accordance with DICOM standards and permits calibration and acceptance t ests in accordance with DIN 6868-57 and AAPM TG18 Report no. 3 including reporting. 10-year backlight warranty up to 300 cd/m2. Scope of delivery (Each set): 2 x Flat Panel Planar (Dome) 3MP displays, 1 x DX2/PCI graphics controller, 2 x Power Supply, 6 x Power Cable (2 x Europe, 2 x USA, 2 x China), 2 x Video cable DVI-D connector, Planar (Dome CXtra monitor management and calibration software, Windows and Solaris MV1000U) operating system device drivers Nr. 14404298 Mfr: Siemens Electrical Requirements 230V/50Hz; 2 copies each of Operator and Maintenance/Service Manuals in English Language; Display, Control Labels and ALL Software Version Copies must be in English Language for operating and subsystem components. (vii) The place( s) of delivery and acceptance will be U.S. Hospital Landstuhl, 66849 Landstuhl, Germany. All offerors must quote FOB Destination, Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, Landstuhl, Germany. (viii) The following Clauses and Provisions apply to this requiremen t: FAR 52.204-7.
