This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written RFQ will not be issued. The RFQ, F1SEAD7115AG02, is issued as a RFQ for a firm-fixed price contract. Quotes will be evaluated using the criteria of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA.) The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the most current Federal Acquisition Circular and DFARS Change Notice (DCN). The standard industrial classification code is 3663. The NAICS code is 334515 and the small business size standard is 500. The acquisition is as follows: CLIN 0001 - Description: Single Channel Broadband Signal Analyzer and Recording System with 70MHZ Instantaneous Bandwith 4096MB of High Speed Signal Memory and 2MHZ to 2GHZ RF Input Range with 1HZ Tuning Solution (P/N CS35020F4GRF2G) Quantity: 1 Each. CLIN 0002 - Description: Additional 80 GB IDE Hard Drive with OS and Applications Installed (P/N SYS80CTRG ) Quantity: 2 Each. CLIN 0003 ? Additional 73GB SCSI Data Disk in Removable Cartridge Formatted and Tested (P/N 73GBCRTG) Quantity: 2 Each. CLIN 0004 ? Signal Analysis Software for Measuring Bursted and Frequency Hopped FSK or MSK Modulation (P/N BSAFSKBURST) Quantity: 1 Each. CLIN 0005 ?
