- This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. However, Request for Quotation (RFQ) 201817Q019 will be issued simultaneously with this announcement to facilitate receipt of electronic quotes. This RFQ is issued under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) and is 100% set aside for small business. The NAICS code is 336612 Boat Building, 500 hundred employees. U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2 Albuquerque, New Mexico is requesting quotes on solicitation number 201817Q019 to: Provide a quote for the purchase and installation of a rebuilt 3406 DITA Caterpiller Keeled Cooled Marine engine 350 HP @ 1800RPM. O hours from rebuilt, Dyno Tested, Hydra-Mechanical Governor, Hydraulic oil pump for steering, Air compressor, Electrical starter and alternator, Fuel filters, Full flow Oil Filter, Instruments and Panel, Marine Gear Oil Cooler and hoses. Also, 1 each Tonan (new) Marine Reduction Gear (4:5:1). Labor and Material for installation of engine and marine gear including connecting the exhaust, fuel, water electrical, and controls: Align engine to propeller shaft: Test run and Sea Trails. Interested companies are requested to submit quotes based on the RFQ. The RFQ contains the following: a description of the requirement including the estimated quantities, and all applicable clauses and provisions.
