Description

This is amendment one to the combined synopsis/solicitation FA4800-07-Q-MS09 incorporating the Statement of Work: STATEMENT OF WORK FOR PRINTER MAINTENANCE SERVICE 1.0 SCOPE OF WORK The contractor shall provide repair service to provide all labor, tools, equipment, routine replacement parts and transportation necessary to service and repair approximately 243 printers in 16 buildings. The contractor shall perform one preventive maintenance service on each printer during contract period. 2.0 HOURS OF OPERATION The contractor shall be available (5 business days of the week) Monday ? Friday with a 24 hour response to service calls. 3.0 CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL N/A 4.0 DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES The Government will be responsible for sponsoring contract personnel for base access. The contractor response time will be within 8 hours or the next business day. Exception: Pharmacy printer support will require a 2 hour response time after the initial notification from 1 MDG. Contractor response time is defined as a contractor physically responding to the location of printer to be serviced. 5.0 SECURITY REQUIREMENTS The contractor shall provide name of technician needing base access for base access purposes. The contractor/technician shall have valid drivers license and proof of insurance in order to gain base access. 6.0 GOVERNMENT FURNISHED PROPERTY OR SERVICES The Government is not required to furnish anything other than the equipment being serviced. Contractor will furnish all labor, tools, parts, materials (Except consumables such as cartridge paper and maintenance kits), facilities and transportation necessary to keep printers in operable condition.
