Executive Consultant Minimum Requirements: Documented Experience and background in the areas of organizational development consulting, management consulting, appreciative inquiry, industrial psychology, or clinical psychology (as applied to workforce development). BA/BS Degree and a minimum of 3 years management experience consulting with mid or senior-level managers. Minimum 3 years experience working in a supervisory/managerial capacity, leading an organization in either the public or private sector. Experience using a variety of intervention strategies and tools to meet customer requirements, such as Myers-Briggs, 360 Degree Assessment Survey, etc. Membership in professional organizations is desirable . Knowledge of current human resource management practices and organizational effectiveness. Recognized as an effective communicator. Demonstrated experience in successfully leading strategic planning, process improvement, and conflict management interventions. Level 2 ? Senior Executive Consultant Minimum Requirements: Documented Experience and background in the areas of organizational development consulting, management consulting, appreciative inquiry, industrial psychology, or clinical psychology (as applied to workforce development). Advanced degree (MA, MS, or PhD), preferably in organizational development, business, or public administration from a recognized business or public administration program or school, or more than 5 years management consulting experience (preferably in government), of which 3 years should be consulting with senior executives and working as a senior level consultant, preferably in the federal government. Minimum 3 years experience working in a supervisory/managerial capacity, leading an organization in either the public or private sector. Experience using a variety of intervention strategies and tools to meet customer requirements. Membership in professional organizations is desirable. Knowledge of current human resource management practices and organizational effectiveness. Recognized as an effective communicator. Demonstrated experience in successfully leading strategic planning, process improvement, and conflict management interventions. Executive Coaches: Level 1 - Executive Coach: Minimum Requirements: BA/BS, management experience and three years of experience and background in leadership development and executive coaching for high potentials, team leaders or new first-line supervisors, and experience in one or more areas such as organization development, public administration, management consulting, industrial psychology, or clinical psychology as applied to workforce development, preferably in government. Experience with 360 degree assessment survey interpretation and leadership, communication, and conflict assessment instruments. At least three client references may be required. Level 2 - Executive Coach Minimum Requirements: MA/MS and/or graduation from an International Coach Federation (ICF) recognized coaching school, prefer ICF coaching certification at least at the PCC level or equivalent, five years of experience coaching at the middle to senior management level in government and/or private sector, and management consulting experience in one or more areas such as organizational/leadership development, public administration, management consulting, industrial psychology, or clinical psychology as applied to workforce development, preferably in government. Experience with and preferable certification in the administration and interpretation of one or more 360 degree assessment surveys and leadership, communication, emotional intelligence, and conflict assessment instruments. Three client references may be required. Level 3 - Executive Coach Minimum Requirements: Advanced degree-PhD, MA/MS, JD, and/or graduation from an International Coach Federation (ICF) recognized coaching school, prefer ICF coaching certification at the PCC or MCC level or equivalent, or faculty at an ICF recognized coaching school; more than five years experience coaching at the political appointee, senior executive, senior manager, or CEO/COO levels, and management consulting experience in one or more areas of organizational/leadership development, public administration, management consulting, industrial psychology, or clinical psychology as applied to workforce development, preferably in government. Preferable two years or more documented practice in one or more disciplines such as somatic coaching, NLP, meditation, yoga, Qi Gong, Tai Chi, and martial arts. Experience with and preferable certification in the administration and interpretation of one or more 360 degree assessment surveys and leadership, communication, emotional intelligence, and conflict assessment instruments. Top Secret SCI Clearance may also be required. Three client references may be required. Counselors: ? At least three years of experience in career counseling. The experience must show counseling diverse personnel from administrative to senior staff. ? Knowledge in the areas of organizational development, management development, facilitation, training skills and organizational planning. ? Preferred degree in counseling or psychology, a minimum BA or BS degree. ? The ability to function as an internal consultant facilitating group discussions and preparing long-range planning documents. ? Proficiency in computer processing and information technology systems outfitted with the Microsoft Office Suite and various other software application packages utilized within the federal sector. The counselor will be expected to provide deliverables utilizing the referenced computer equipment. ? Required certifications to analyze the results of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). ? Required certifications to analyze the results of the Holland?s Self-Directed Search. ? Outstanding oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. ? The ability to work as a team player in with a diverse work group. Guest Lecturers/Presenters: ? Nationally recognized as known experts, authors, and leaders in providing a variety of information to senior federal executives.
