Description
The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE) on behalf of the Secretary of the Army has a requirement to conduct the Army Logistics Force Protection Equipment Demonstration VI (FPED VI) Exhibit. The FPED VI Exhibit is to be conducted at the Stafford C ounty Regional Airport, VA, during the period 14-16 August 2007. The procurement will address tentage; generator power; shuttle bus service; setup and breakdown of exhibits; portable restrooms, and video/still photography and production of visual aids. I n addition, the Government will require the contractor to provide a No Hold Harmless Agreement for conduct of these services. Pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) award is intended for Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), 3160 Fairview Park Drive, Falls Chu rch, VA 22042-4516, which is deemed to be the only responsible source. These services are ancillary to System Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) Support Services (NAICS Code 541330Engineering Services), currently provided by CSC under contract W 91WAW-07-F-0046, which will expire 30 September 2007. This requirement will be addressed as Modification P00005 to Contract W91WAW-07-F-0046. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation will be awarded as a result o f this announcement. However, interested persons may submit an offer which will be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the di scretion of the Government. See note 22. Responses should be received no later than ten (10) days from release of this Notice of Intent.
