- This is the first modification to clarify the brand name or equal sentence and the quantities on first combined solicitation synopsis. The combined synopsis / solicitation, W9124Q-07-R-351B02, for commercial items prepared in accordance with the form at in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) has a requirement for 15 each part number CRS1902 Load Digital Eyewitness Max Security Vault system Value Package with DVD, overhead c onsole, clearcomm,rear facing B & W camera, in car microphone, and 15 each extended warranties for 4 years. Digital eyewitness system needs to be brand name or its equal and will interface with the existing radar devices previously provided by Kustom Sig nal Inc specifications. This requirement is set-aside 100% for Small Business. Award will be made to a single offeror. The applicable NAICS code is 334310 with a small business size standard of 750 employees. The contract type will be firm fixed price. Payment will be made by Government Credit Card under Net 30 Terms. If you are selected, you must be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (http://www.ccr.gov/), if you are not registered in CCR at the time we are ready to make the award, you w ill be disqualified. Award will be made FOB White Sands Missile Range. EVALUATION CRITERIA / PROCEDURES: Reference: FAR clause 52.212-2 Evaluation Commercial Items. Award will be made to the lowest priced technically responsive and responsible offeror. Qu otes will be evaluated on price related factors and ability to meet the specifications of the synopsis/solicitation.
