Description: The Fremont-Winema National Forest anticipates soliciting for the replacement of an existing culvert with an open bottom multi-plate culvert 24'-0" 12'-0". Associated work will include the installation of a dewatering pipe, excavation, backfill and compaction, riprap headwall placement at the inlet and outlet ends of the arch and finishing the disturbed roadbed with crushed aggregate. Work is expected to coincide with the instream work period of August 1 to September 30, 2007 (approx 60 days). The RFP will be posted around 6/6//07 with offers due 30 days later.
