- This requirement is for Test Support Services for the Space Development and Test Wing at Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico. See attached Performance Work Statement, 1449, and DD254. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. Offers are due by 1500 on 9 May, 2007. Please provide information regarding the incumbant contract. Contract Number FA8818-06-F-0026 was awarded 24 March 2006. The Period of Performance expired on 23 March 2007, the contract was valued and funded in the amount of $367K 2. How were the number of required hours for each wage category calculated? Hours were calculated based upon experience with the previous contract and an estimated level of support required in future years. 3. Are the number of hours negotiable? This is a Labor Hours contract. The number of hours are estimates. Actual hours will depend upon the amount of time actually required to support specific program needs. The number of hours are not negotiable and will be demand-driven. 4. Are the skill set ratios negotiable? Proposals will be evaluated based upon the compliance of proposals with the standards specified in the solicitation. ****
