Description: The VA Healthcare Network Upstate New York at Albany, NY is seeking to contract with a contractor to provide a minimum of one (1) Doctor of Veterinary Medicine with a specialty in laboratory animal research during the contract period for performance in the Medical Center's Research Department at the Department of Veterans Affairs at the VA Medical Center. The term of the proposed contract shall be for the period July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2008 with 3 one-year renewal options. The proposed contract will be a firm-fixed price contract.
