Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is W91ZLK-07-T-500 This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-07. The North American I ndustry Classification System (NAICS) is 334112 and Small Business size standard is 500 employees. The government intends to award a firm-fixed price Purchase Order resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to be delivered at Aberdeen Proving Grou nd, MD for the following items: CLIN 0001 - STRIPPIT IMPULSE IP 6530-R-6KW GE FANUCC002 LAZER CUTTING SYSTEM - 1 EACH CLIN 0002 - #0405020-112 CADMAN SOFTWARE FOR LAZER FSN - 1 EACH. CLIN 0003 -CADML 2 DAY CADMAN L3D 2 DAY TRAINING-FIRST ATTENDEE FSN - 4 EACH. CLIN 0004 - CADML2DAY AA CADMAN L3D 2 DAY TRAINING ADDITIONAL ATTENDEE FSN - 4 EACH. CLIN 0005 - LM 2500 PRCESS CONTROL (PIERCING SENSOR AND PLASMA DETECTION FSN # - 1 EACH. CLIN 0006 - LM 3000 CONSUMABLES KIT FSN # - 1 EACH. CLIN 0007 - LM 4100 LAZER GAS CHANGE VALVE FSN# - 1 EACH. CLIN 0008 - LM 5000 OIL SPRAY/AIR BLOW, ATTACHMENT FSN # - 1 EACH. CLIN 0009 - LM 6000 START-UP/SHUT-DOWN MODULE AND AUTOMATIC FIRE EXTINGUISHER FSN# - 1 EACH. CLIN 0010 - FREIGHT CHARGES. The contract will be awa rded to Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The technical evaluation will be a determination as to equality of the product and shall be based on information furnished by the vendor.
