- 1. The Coronado National Forest, Tucson, Arizona, is soliciting quotes (RFQ) for the supply and delivery, FOB Destination, of one fully outfitted travel trailer. 2. Quotes are to be submitted to Coronado National Forest, Room 5F, 300 W. Congress, Tucson, AZ 85701 or faxed to (520) 388-8332 by close of business May 29, 2007. 3. Note: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in [FAR] Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 4. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16. 5. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 441210 and the size standard is 500 employees. 6. Submit a detailed equipment list/specification with price quote for supply and delivery of one travel trailer. All deliveries of supplies and services for inspection and acceptance by the Government must be FOB Destination to Coronado National Forest, 300 W. Congress, Tucson, AZ 85701 or to a site within a 20-mile radius of that address. 7. Any offer submitted should meet or approximate the salient specifications of the manufacturer, brand, and model listed as well as include the items in the packages and options referenced. The Government reserves the right to award to other than the lowest priced offer, and to select offered features other than those listed in the referenced specification based on trade-offs in price or quality that are in the best interests of the Government. 8. SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES: Supply and deliver, FOB Destination, one new 2007 travel trailer equal to the Keystone RV, VR1, Model 305FKS; Packages: VR1 Value Package and the VR1 ?V? Executive Package; Options: twin beds instead of one master bed; 20-inch TV in Living Room; Swivel Rocker Chairs. The salient dimensions and capacities, plus or minus 5%, for the desired travel trailer are: length, 33 feet; width, 8 feet; height, 11 feet 3 inches; awning 17 feet; carrying capacity 2855 lbs.; fresh water 45 gals.; waste 30 gals.; gray 60 gals.; LPG 60 lbs.; 9. Desired delivery date for completely outfitted trailer: July 2, 2007. All applicable taxes, if any, shall be included in the quoted price. 10. Quotes must include a completed copy of [FAR] 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications, Commercial Items. 11. [FAR] 52.212-2 Evaluation, Commercial Items is applicable with the following factors used to evaluate quotes: price, technical conformity to referenced specifications, and ability to meet delivery date. 12. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the Forest Service. The offer/quotation that is most advantageous to the Government, based on the evaluation factors contained in this solicitation, will be selected for award. 14. Award is contingent on availability of funds and may be made for a travel trailer that contains all, some, or none of the specifications and features referenced in the Schedule of Supplies. 15.
