Description
REQUIREMENT: THIS IS A REPOSTING OF THE ORIGINAL PRESOLICITATION NOTICE IN ORDER TO CHANGE THE GEOGRAPHICAL AREA AND EXTEND THE RESPONSE DATE. The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) currently occupies space under a soon to expire lease. The IRS is conducting a competition for a replacement lease for this requirement. The space should yield approximately 37,825 BOMA USF of office space. Consideration for relocating this requirement will be taken upon analysis of the economics involved, including the cost of moving, tenant improvements, and impact on agency mission, among other items. LOCATION: The geographical area of consideration for this requirement is as follows: Starting at the intersection of S. President St and E. Pratt St; West on E. Pratt St/W. Pratt St to S. Howard St; North on S. Howard St to W. Baltimore St; East on W. Baltimore St to Park Ave; North on Park Ave to W. Centre St; East on W. Centre St/E. Centre St to I-83; South on I-83 becoming S. President St to E. Pratt St. OCCUPANCY: Space must be ready for occupancy no later than August 11, 2008. LEASE TERM: The lease term will be for up to 10 years.
