The Presolicitation Notice for Solicitation No. 07SI101655 is now available. The solicitation will be available on line on or about June 14, 2007 (this is an estimated date). The Grand Coulee Power Office, located in Grant County, Washington, approximately 90 miles west of Spokane, Washington, in Grant County, has a requirement for construction of a visitors building consisting of, but not limited to, designing, furnishing and installing a metal building system and foundation, with all required earthwork; concrete foundation; parking and ramp construction; furnishing and placing doors and windows; furnishing and installing gypsum board system and painting; furnishing and installing heating, cooling, and ventilation systems; and furnishing and installing all required electrical work. If you dont provide your DUNS (Data Universal Numbering System) and TIN (Taxpayer Identification Number) on the electronic registration form, you will not receive amendments to the solicitation. If you are registered on our website, you will be notified of amendments by e-mail. Telephone requests for the solicitation wont be accepted. We reserve the right to issue the solicitation via CD, or on paper if it becomes necessary. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which we will consider. A vendor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) www.ccr.gov/vendor.cfm, in order to receive contracts and purchase orders from most federal agencies, including the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation. CCR is a self-service database. Vendors register themselves and maintain their own information through the CCR web site.
