Description
Peterson AFB is seeking sources and requesting information pertaining to the requirement stated below. Particularly, we are interested in fulfilling the requirement using established training programs, tailored to our specifics as little as necessary. Incorporate all Tactics, Techniques and Procedures previously trained into unit sized scenario Duration: 4 Weeks Timeframe: August 2007 Requirements: 1) Instruction MUST be taught in Spanish or through Spanish interpreters 2) Provide course materials and handouts in Spanish 3) Training must be conducted in the United States 4) Prefer former military SOF instructors 5) Lodging and all meals must be provided for duration, including non-training days 6) Transportation to and from airport and in and around training area must be provided 7) Provide ammunition, explosives, and training aids to support training plan 8) Students will train with their assigned unit weapons (Primary weapon: M-4 5.56mm. Secondary: S&W 9mm. Sniper: H&K .308 NATO. Breaching Shotgun: 12ga ) 9) Provide secure storage for weapons, equipment, and gear 10) Provide certified Emergency Medical personnel for all training 11) Provide necessary medical evacuation to nearest major healthcare facility 12) Provide student medical and accident insurance coverage 13) Provide for all appropriate security measures to protect the security integrity of the students and training conducted 14) Provide detailed gear list that must accompany operators 15) Provide official certification upon successful completion of training
