Description

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Sigonella (FISCSI), Naval Regional Contracting Detachment (NRCD) Naples intends to acquire mechanical handling equipment for the Defense Commissary Agency in Rota, Spain. The following equipment will be procured: baler, electrical forklift, pallet jack, safe and transpallet. Delivery shall be FOB destination, U.S. Naval Station, Rota, Spain. Delivery date shall be 15 July 2007. A single award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. Award will be conducted under the provisions of FAR Part 12 Commercial Item and FAR Part 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The solicitation will be posted on FEBIZOPPS and Euroneco on or about 14 May 2007. Euroneco website address: www.euro.neco.navy.mil. It is the responsibility of the prospective offeror to monitor the websites for the release of amendments (if any) or other information pertaining to the solicitation. Inquiries may be made to the contract specialist via e-mail. No bidders mailing list will be kept and no paper solicitations will be mailed.
