- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/ and the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single Government point-of-entry (GPE) for the posting of synopses and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to award the FY08-FY12 STANDARD Missile-2 (SM-2) production engineering and technical support services contract for U.S. and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirements on a sole source basis to Raytheon Company, 1151 East Hermans Road, Tucson, Arizona 85706. These requirements consist of design, systems, and production engineering, technical services, evaluation services, component improvement services, and production proofing services for m issile producibility, missile production, shipboard integration, All-Up-Round (AUR), Intermediate Level Maintenance Facility (ILMF) and Depot Level Maintenance Facility (DLMF) test equipment support. Raytheon is the sole capable prime contractor for the STANDARD Missile program. Companies interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact Raytheon Company directly. See Numbered Note 22.
