Description
The Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest intends to award a contract for furnishing and delivering corrugated polyethylene culverts, dual wall, corrugated exterior with a smooth interior. The solicitation is R6-MBS-7-18. The procurement is considered to be a Commercial Item and is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. The North American Industry Classification System code is 326122 with a corresponding size standard of 500 employees. The corrugated polyethylene culverts shall be 18 inch, 24 inch, 36 inch and 48 inch diameter pipes conforming to ASTM F 714 and minimum cell class, ASTM D 3350, 335434C. Signed certification is required before delivery. The culverts shall be in 20 foot sections. Vendors are to provide pricing for both bell-and-spigot AND non-bell-and-spigot. The final quantity for each type of culvert to be purchased will vary based on prices received. As a Government agency we do not pay state or local sales taxes. 18 Inch Diameter Culverts - (70) Seventy Bell-and-Spigot, (70) Seventy NON-Bell-and-Spigot, 24 Inch Diameter Culverts - (55) Fifty Five Bell-and-Spigot and (55) NON-Bell-and-Spigot, 36 Inch Diameter Culverts - (25) Twenty Five Bell-and-Spigot and (25) Twenty Five NON-Bell-and-Spigot, 48 Inch Diameter Culverts - (6) Six Bell-and-Spigot and (6) Six NON-Bell-and-Spigot. The F.O.B. is the Koma Kulshan Work Center, Road 1100-015 Mile Post 0.20. To reach Koma Kulshan Work Center, from Sedro Woolley, Washington travel east on Highway 20 to Mile Post 82.3, take a left on Baker Lake road to Mile Post 14.0, take a right on Road 1100-015 to Mile Post 0.20 to the delivery location.
