- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is F3LPAA7127AL02 and this is a Request For Quotation (RFQ). This announcement will be issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. The anticipated award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract, the award will be made based on the Best Value to the Government. The solicitation shall incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16; Defense Acquisition Circular (DAC) 20070426 edition; and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2007-0314 edition.
