- BPA 6FLS-N1-073320-I for FSC 8030, Sealing Compounds issuing May 9th, 2007 and closing on June 13th, 2007. PLEASE INCLUDE AN ORIGINAL FORM 1449 WITH ORIGINAL SIGNATURE/DATE; PLEASE ALSO INCLUDE DUNS # WITH YOUR OFFER PACKAGE. This Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) contains 16 (SOP) National Stock Numbers (NSN?s). The period of this BPA will be for 5 years, beginning on 9/1/2007 or date of award, through 8/31/2012 (or 5 years from date of award). 5 of the 16 items are on Qualified Products Lists (QPL). If you offer on a QPL item, you must either (1) be listed on the QPL, or (2) provide a letter from the manufacturer listed on the QPL, for the product(s) you are proposing to provide, stating they will sell you the QPL/MPI product for resale to the GSA. This letter must be received at the time of award. Failure to provide the letter upon request will preclude you from receiving an award. Delivery will be 45 DARO and FOB origin, pre-pay/add. Quantity breaks are included on the Bid Schedule and award will be made in the aggregate (item by item basis). This BPA is available on the Federal Business Opportunities Internet website: http://fedbizopps.gov. Please place your offer, with quantity break prices, in the offer schedule that precedes the Schedule of Items (descriptions).
