- NUWC Keyport intends to issue a solicitation for the following non-commercial items on or around MAY 30, 2007: CLIN 0001AA 5 EA First Articles Depth Sensors IAW drawing DEPTH SENSORS MEMS-1 CLIN 0001AB 175 EA Depth Sensors IAW drawing DEPTH SENSOR MEMS-1, CLIN 0001AC Option Year 1 100EA Depth Sensors IAW Drawing DEPTH SENSOR MEMS-1; CLIN 0001AD Option Year 2 100 EA Depth Sensors IAW Drawing DEPTH SENSOR MEMS-1; CLIN 0002 EA Depth Sensors IAW drawing DEPTH SENSOR MEMS-2. It is anticipated that solicitation N00253-07-R-0031 will be issued on or around 30 May 2007 and will close 30 days after the posting date. The delivery requirement on CLIN 0001AA shall be 90 days after date of contract unless otherwise agreed to by the Government, CLIN 0001AB shall be 50 per month after first article test acceptance until base production is complete . CLIN 0001AC shall be delivered in the same increments after date of option exercise and the option shall be exercised within 365 days of contract award if the Government chooses to exercise the option. CLIN 0001AD shall be delivered in the same increments as the production units after date of option exercise and the option shall be exercised within 730 days of contract award, if the Government chooses to exercise the option. CLIN 0002 shall be delivered 90 days after date of contract award unless otherwise agreed to by the Government. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 334513and has a size standard of 500 employees. Once the solicitation is released (on or around 30 May 2007), offers shall complete all required reps and certs required in the noted clauses. To access the provisions to be completed, download the Federal Acquisition Regulations at http://www.arnet.gov/far/. Download the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS) at: http://www.acq.osd.mil/dp/dars/dfars.html. Offerors are also advised that these representations and certifications must be completed electronically via the ORCA website at http://orca.bpn.gov. It is recommended that firms interested in submitting quotes register with the Joint Certification Program and FEDTEDS.gov PRIOR to the release of the solicitation, to insure timely receipt of the drawings. Contractors shall ensure current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database http://www.ccr.gov. A bidders list will not be maintained by this office. No paper copies of the RFQ/amendments will be mailed. After downloading the solicitation, firms interested in submitting quotes MUST: (1) complete the pricing, (2) complete all representations and certifications found in the solicitation, (3) provide a technical proposal in accordance with the solicitation and (4) provide past performance references in accordance with the solicitation. Failure to respond to this RFP and associated amendments prior to the date and time established may render an offer non-responsive and result in rejection.
